PUDING LAICI SPAN BERBUIH

Ini adalah makanan sekadar nak nak cuci mulut je la kan.  Resepi ini adalah daripada sellybuke yg merupakan resepi istimewa daripada bonda mentua kesayangannya. Cuma di sini mokcik melakukan sedikit perubahan spt biasa la... kan.. kalu tak buat perubahan tak jadi chef tegar namanya. Untuk resepi ini boleh terjah ke blog sellybuke tu cuma untuk episod penderhakaannya mokcik sertakan seperti berikut:

1. Mokcik tambah color merah pada aduan puding supaya naik seri bila bercampur ngan kuah yg color cream tu.

2.Untuk membuatkan puding menjadi seperti span adalah masukkan putih telur yang telah dipukul agak lama sehingga putih telur menjadi betul-betul kembang dan pekat dan jadi seperti cream. Pastu baru tuang dlm periuk puding yg tengah mendidih. Dah tuang telur terus angkat jgn kacau lama nanti span tak menjadi. Bila puding sejuk buih akan naik ke atas puding. Itu yg memjadikan puding ini span berbuih.

3. Dlm kuah pulak mokcik masukkan kismis... part ni anak-anak paling suka. Kismis yg habis dulu sbb sume duk menjala kismis yg duk ada dalam kuah tu. Besh sesangat sbb kismis jadi lembut, bulat dan kembung bila masuk dlm kuah tu.
